William, welcome to these public User Forums. Order Asc Desc. Alternatively, you can also open a Support Case direct with Acronis. I can’t get it to stay on. I tried using several different old version cleanup rules: – Delete version chains older than 5 days – Store no more than 3 recent version chains But in both cases, the backups just keep coming and no versions are getting automatically deleted. I then closed ATI , reopened it and checked automatic cleanup again. seems to ignore my selection of Acronis True Image Forum. I have a backup job created that I set the automatic cleanup to remove version chains older than 60 days. (see 1st image below).
