Hello, I am trying to send email in Outlook but a box appears that says ‘ We can’t complete this because we can’t contact the server right now. When I go to ‘E-mail accounts’ and hit ‘repair’, it fails on ‘establishing network connection’. If I create a new email account with the same information it.

My Outlook is not working. It suddenly says it cannot connect to the server. I have the correct password, but nothing works. I can see my mail in Gmail, but not on Outlook. It was working fine one day and the next, just stopped. I tried deleting the account and adding it again. Now I can’t even add it back. I am having the same issue.

Apparently Google requires authentication that is not supported by Outlook My question is whether there is a newer version of Outlook that will work with gmail and if so, how do I upgrade from to the newer version!!
